From the first
message to the
last flower
Six steps. One team. Everything coordinated so you can focus entirely on your day.
"We treat every wedding as if the flowers are the only thing that matters — because on that day, they are."
We listen first
No two weddings are the same. Before we design anything, we spend time understanding who you are, what your venue feels like, and what you want the day to mean.
We design for your wedding
Every proposal is built from scratch. We do not recycle concepts. The flowers for your day are designed around your specific venue, light, and season.
We own the day
On-site, we are fully responsible — from the first arrangement to the final check. You will not spend your wedding morning thinking about flowers.
You reach out
Send us a message — by email, through the contact form, or via Instagram — with your date, your venue, and a rough sense of what you are imagining. We respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and, if the fit looks right, to schedule a call.
Most couples send a short message with their date and venue. That is all we need to begin.
We listen
A one-hour video call — Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, whatever works for you. We walk through your mood board together, talk about the venue's architecture and light, and ask the questions that shape the proposal: the feeling, the palette, what you have loved, what you have not.
The call works for couples in London, Dublin, Stockholm, or sitting five minutes from our studio.
We design
A written floral proposal: concept, key elements by zone — ceremony, cocktail, reception — palette, and an honest budget range. Accompanied by visual references so you can see, as closely as possible, what we are proposing before committing to anything.
Proposals typically arrive within two weeks of the consultation.
We align
Most proposals go through one or two rounds of refinement — adjusting scale, swapping specific flowers, refining the palette. When you are happy with the direction, we confirm the booking with a contract and a deposit.
Nothing is fixed until you say so. We iterate until the proposal feels right.
We prepare
In the months before the wedding we stay in close contact: updating the proposal as logistics are confirmed, coordinating directly with your planner, adapting to any changes. Every detail is agreed well before the day itself.
We coordinate with venues we have worked at before, and always visit new ones in advance.
We deliver
Our team arrives on-site from first light. By the time your guests arrive, every stem is in place. We stay until every arrangement has been checked — then we step back and let the day speak for itself.
You will not need to think about the flowers. That is the point.
What to bring to the first call
- 01 Your date and venue Or a shortlist if not yet confirmed.
- 02 Guest count Approximate is fine at first.
- 03 A mood board Pinterest, Instagram saves, magazine pages — anything that shows what draws you.
- 04 Key moments to prioritise Ceremony arch, reception tables, bridal bouquet, entrance — tell us where the flowers matter most.
- 05 A rough budget range Helps us design to the right scale from the start.
You do not need all of this before the first call. The conversation is the place to gather it. But the more you bring, the better the first hour will be.
"Working with Altamirano Floristas from Ireland was genuinely straightforward. From the very first video call, they understood exactly what we were looking for — and on the day, what they created at Palacio Monte Miramar was more beautiful than anything we had imagined. The whole experience felt completely personal."— Aisling, Dublin — Palacio Monte Miramar, September 2025
The first step is a message
Tell us your date, your venue, and a little about what you are imagining. We will take it from there.
